About Mechelle
Mechelle Barras is the Founder & CEO of Pure Image Laser and Spa, a Registered Nurse, entrepreneur, speaker, and women’s reinvention coach with a passion for helping others feel confident in every stage of life.
After retiring from a 20-year career in law enforcement as a police sergeant, Mechelle followed her dream of building something entirely different. Alongside her team, she helped grow Pure Image Laser and Spa into a trusted destination for advanced aesthetic treatments, skincare, wellness, and confidence-building experiences.
While Mechelle still loves the world of aesthetics, her greatest passion today is leadership, mentorship, and empowering women who feel ready for more in life, business, or personal growth. Through her coaching and mentoring work, she helps women over 40 rediscover themselves, rebuild confidence, and create lives that feel aligned, purposeful, and exciting again.
When she’s not leading the spa team or coaching women through transformation, Mechelle loves spending time with her husband and family, hosting events, planning retreats, creating content, cooking, fitness, personal growth, and inspiring others to believe it’s never too late to reinvent yourself.
