Owner, CEO, Licensed Esthetician, Plebotomist
Christina is a highly qualified medical esthetician with 18 years experience. In addition to her certifications in microblading, microneedling, dermaplane, inmode laser, laser hair removal and various peels, she is also a licensed phlebotomist.
Christina specializes in acne, aging and other skin issues which is evident in her approach to customized treatment plans for clients. Her skills allow for an all inclusive approach gaining your skin’s best silhouette.
Christina and her husband Doug have been married for 12 years and have 2 grown children, a boy and a girl. They are also thrilled to be grandparents now too! She loves her family, friends, staying active, and enjoys being outdoors.
Owner, CEO, RN, Nurse Injector
Mechelle is not only a Registered Nurse and Licensed Esthetician, she is also a retired 20-year Police Sergeant. For love of aesthetics and the need for more safe, confident, and skilled injectors Mechelle also is the CEO and Owner of Residency Aesthetics. A company geared toward educating and staffing aesthetic professionals in the industry.
Work life satisfaction to Mechelle is seeing the transformation of a client’s confidence when they realize the enhancement of the beauty they already possess inside and out.
Mechelle is married to the love of her life, Jeff. As a blended family they have 4 amazing children with perfect spouses, and 2 grand babies.

Dr. Kevin Haddle, Medical Director
Dr. Kevin R. Haddle is dual board-certified for both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. After finishing his fellowship in Columbus, Ohio in July 2003, he started work as an associate surgeon in the Chicagoland area. He then decided to purchase a solo practice in Geneva, Illinois where he practices full-scope maxillofacial and facial aesthetic surgery.
Dr. Kevin R. Haddle is practicing full-scoped Oral & Maxillofacial/Aesthetic Facial Surgery with emphasis on maxillofacial and facial aesthetic surgery, orthognathic surgery, implant surgery, trauma surgery, reconstructive surgery and skin care. Hi main practice is based out of Geneva, Illinois.
When he is not helping clients, Kevin enjoys working out, running regularly, and training others. He has an interest in small aircrafts. He loves to work with his hands and pursue home renovations and landscaping. During his spare time he likes to travel, read and attend continuing education courses.
