Medical Esthetician

We are looking for an esthetician with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid and in good standing Esthetician License in the State of Indiana.
• 2 years esthetician experience in a spa setting (schooling does not count)
• 1 year of medical esthetics, laser experience or advanced medical treatments.(RF micro-needling, Ultherapy, tattoo removal, etc)
• Comfort in marketing ones services to attract new clients and retain current clients.
• Warm and professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Outgoing, go-getter personality

Among other things, your responsibilities will include: 

• Performing Facials, Chemical Peels, Lash Lifts, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Skin Treatments, Microneedling, Waxing, and other services on our clients
• Educating our clients on the best home-care regimen for their skin.
• Positive Attitude with teamwork mentality.
• Willingness to learn new treatments.
• Room sanitation, stocking, inventory
• Other duties as needed

The ideal candidate will: 

• Have knowledge of Image Skincare, Alastin Skincare, or ZO Skinhealth
• Be a self-starter who demonstrates proactive cleanliness and organizational skills, ensuring tidy workspaces without the need for micromanagement
• Comfortable with learning new client management systems
• Basic understanding of technology
• Reliable, responsible, accountable
• Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent

We are looking to make 1 - 2 hires for this role. The position will start part-time with the opportunity to move to full-time. This position does require 1 working Saturday a month.

Pay: From $21/hour plus gratuity and potential for bonus

No less than 15 hours a week to start. We are open Monday-Thursday 10AM-8PM, Friday 10AM -4PM and usually the 3rd Saturday from 9:30AM-2:30PM. This hire will fill hours based on the need at the spa when hired.
