Our Program
Join our VIP membership program for only $65/monthly to receive extraordinary savings all year long on treatments, injectables and retail products in our Medical Spa. Pure Image Laser and Spa VIP Members receive the following benefits:

- $25 OFF each Syringe of Dermal Fillers
- 15% off Select Retail
- Exclusive Member Pricing on Two or More Services received in the same month.
- Exclusive Member Invite, Specials, & Events
- Rollover up to 4 Memberships
- Transfer to a friend or family member for small fee
The VIP Membership is $65 monthly taken out via a credit or debit card that you have on file. This payment comes out on the first of each month.
If you want to upgrade to a longer or advanced massage, facial, body treatment, etc, you just pay the upgrade fee at the time of your service. When looking at pricing on the website - the VIP is in addition to using the Membership.
Anything over 4 rollovers does expire.
Many members "bank" their memberships to save up for injections, and more advanced services. Again, up to 4 memberships.
Don't want the monthly fee?
We also offer a yearly membership with NO CONTRACT to enjoy the same benefits. Call the spa for the most current pricing for the year! These memberships must be used within 1 year from purchase, but you can use them as soon as you want.
Members are also able to transfer one of their monthly memberships to a friend or family member for a $10 transfer fee, plus any upgrades.

Terms & Conditions:
Pure Image Laser and Spa Membership can be purchased at any time during the year and has a 12-month commitment. After that, Pure Image Laser and Spa will automatically charge your payment method on file every month until you cancel. Your monthly rate is subject to change, but you will be notified of any change. You may only carry over up to 4 memberships in your account. Anything over 4 expires and is not eligible for transfer or refund. You may cancel your membership after completing the 12-month commitment with 30 days advanced notice. Accounts in good standing will have 30 days to use any remaining memberships. Accounts that do not fulfill the commitment or are not in good standing forfeit any memberships that have not been used. Pure Image Laser and Spa is not responsible for any overdraft or additional fees related to membership charges. Membership discounts are applicable only to services indicated. Memberships are only redeemable for services the day of service. Membership is non-transferable. Membership discounts cannot be applied to past or future purchases. Membership discounts have no monetary value and no refunds will be issued. Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions. Pricing and terms subject to change. Pure Image Laser and Spa reserved the right to terminate any Membership at any time.
