Meet Your Owners
Owner, CEO, Licensed Esthetician, Plebotomist
With over 20 years of experience, Christina is a highly qualified medical esthetician. Her certifications include microblading, microneedling, dermaplaning, laser treatments, and various peels. Additionally, she specializes in treating acne, aging, and other skin concerns.
Christina and her husband, Doug, have been married for 15 years and have two grown children. They are also proud grandparents. She loves her family, staying active, and enjoys outdoor activities.
Owner, CEO, RN, Nurse Injector
Mechelle is a Registered Nurse, Licensed Esthetician, and a retired 20-year Police Sergeant. She is also the Owner of Residency Aesthetics, a company dedicated to transforming the aesthetic industry by providing business consulting to start-up and existing medical spas, expert-led injector education, staffing solutions, and employment opportunities.
Mechelle is married to Jeff, and together they have a blended family with four children and two grandchildren. She enjoys cooking, traveling, working out, and spending time with family.

Dr. Kevin Haddle, Medical Director
As a result of his dual board certifications, Dr. Haddle offers a wide range of maxillofacial and aesthetic surgical procedures.
Additionally, his main practice in Geneva, Illinois, continues to serve patients with exceptional care.
When he is not helping clients, Kevin enjoys working out, running regularly, and training others. He has an interest in small aircrafts. He loves to work with his hands and pursue home renovations and landscaping. During his spare time he likes to travel, read and attend continuing education courses.
