Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a valid credit card on file to book the appointment. We recognize things come up. In an effort to keep things running smoothly we allow for a 10 minute grace period and have the following cancellation policy.
ALL Spa Services - 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule. If you are unable to give us 24 hour advance notice you will be charged up to a $75 non-refundable fee per service you have scheduled.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show" and will be charged a minimum $75 non-refundable for their “missed” appointment. Any future appointments must be prepaid.
