If you prefer a lighter commitment with built-in flexibility, the VIP Essential Membership is a great fit.

Rollover Benefit
Unlike the Elite Membership, Essential credits may roll over. Specifically, up to four $65 credits can be carried forward and redeemed toward services only.
Membership Commitment & Billing
All memberships require a 12-month initial commitment. After the first year, your plan continues month to month unless canceled with proper notice.
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month. Therefore, keeping your account current ensures uninterrupted access to benefits.
Rollover Policy
The Essential Membership allows up to four $65 credits to roll over (anything over 4 does expire and is not refundable) toward services only. However, Elite and Luxe memberships do not roll over.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
To protect appointment availability, we require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations, less than 24 hour notice, and no-shows incur a service fee.
Membership Terms
To keep your membership running smoothly, please take note of the following policies:
- Initial Commitment: Elite, Essential, and Luxe Memberships require a 12-month initial commitment. After the first year, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled. The Wellness Journey Membership: Requires a 3-month initial commitment and may be canceled anytime after with a 30-day written notice.
Early Termination: Canceling before the initial commitment period ends requires 30 days’ notice and forfeiture of one month’s membership fee.
- Cancellation Policy: After the first year, cancel anytime with 30 days' advance written notice by emailing info@pureimagelaserandspa.com or in your online portal.
- Rollovers: Any unused services from your $65 Monthly Membership can be rolled over up to four times, while unused credits from the $90 and Luxe membership do not roll over.
- Redemption: Benefits can only be used when the account is current and in good standing.
- Membership Discounts: Discounts apply only to services and products outlined in your plan, valid on the day of service being received.
- Appointment Policy: Reschedule or cancel with no fee up to 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules will incur a no-show fee per service scheduled.
- Price Adjustments: Membership pricing is locked in for one year. In the case of membership price changes, you’ll be notified 30 days in advance. Service pricing will have a 30 days minimum advance notice posted on the website and in the spa. Luxe Memberships who are part of the opening sale are locked in for life with their membership provided their payment stays current, account active, and they do not cancel. Once canceled, you can only enroll at the current rate.
- Service Transfer: Transfer your monthly service to a family member or friend for a $10 fee.
- Billing & Cancellations: A valid credit card is required for membership. Cancellations are effective upon approval and require the proper documentation. Any account with 3 or more failed billing cycles may be terminated.
- Behavior & Conduct: Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Violations of spa policies may result in termination of membership, with remaining dues payable immediately.
- Liability: Members voluntarily accept risks associated with treatments, and Pure Image Laser and Spa is not liable for personal injury, economic loss, or damages.
